We booked a double deluxe room at Hotel Imperial located in Bukit Bintang
.
Check-in at the hotel took less than 5 minutes, so we did not have any issues on checking-in. Just a reminder. They ask for a deposit. In our case, 100 MYR was asked from us (booked 2 rooms).
Lift was available for guests to use. We stayed on the third floor.
The hotel stay was okay. The receptionists were able to answer queries. Housekeeping changed the towels and refilled the toiletries everyday.
